The task is the same wherever you are—to find silence amidst the rumbling of the world. That noise generated by thoughts and actions. To bring life to the senses and to calm them from reacting to the noise and to not feed it. To draw sustenance from the life force itself. To not rush too much. To know your goal so you don’t rush. To “stop and smell the roses” so to speak. To know where and how to begin; then what to do, think, and feel to go to the next step. To follow through with the intent that you are setting in that first posture or move.
